CGA-HSBC China Junior Golf Program

As the only junior golf program officially authorized by CGA, CGA-HSBC China Junior Golf Program aims to boost the long-term development of golf in China by applying advanced philosophy and an established tournament system. Since 2007, the program has put golf clubs in the hands of over 120,000 children across 25 cities and 18 provinces.

At the end of 2020, CGA, HSBC, the R&A, and IMG announced the next 5-years partnership (2021-2025) to continue the Program for China junior golf. In 2023, the Program officially launched the more comprehensive “HSBC Junior Road to Junior Champions” Promotion System that covers the entire process of junior progression in golf from grassroots promotion to talent selection and elite development.
